19 – 21 September

The Trent Oesophago-Gastric Unit is looking for a senior post-CCT clinical fellow starting between July-October 2018 depending on the successful candidate’s availability.

We are one of the biggest OG cancer centres in Europe. Between 2013 and 2016, we performed 334 OG cancer resections excluding resections for GISTs, colonic reconstructions (for which we have a national referral practice) and pharyngo-laryngo-oesophagectomies. In addition, the unit is a regional centre for complex benign OG surgery for hiatus hernias and achalasia, and endoscopic therapies e.g. dilatations, stenting, endomucosal resections (EMR), peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) for achalasia and duodenal mucosal resurfacing for diabetes and obesity.

Closing date – 20 March. Advert can be found at https://www.jobs.nhs.uk/xi/vacancy/448224d27d51951afc100c73c4fa76ef/?vac_ref=914995268
